This is Rick’s Radio Playlist from show number 67. I have lots of amazing rockabilly in this show and it should take you back to the great days of the 1950’s. Most of the tracks today are coming from that 1950’s rock movement. You will be rocking your socks off with Ricks Radio today. I have tracks from Big Boy Arthur Crudup, Buddy Holly, Elmore James, Howlin Wolf and even Lightnin Hopkins. Lot’s of rockabilly and foot stamping music today and you will feel like you went back in time sitting at the local malt shop.

Yep that means another veritable history of rock and roll! All these tunes have been re-mastered by me for the Rick’s Radio show so you don’t have to get up and adjust the volume all the time and it is all here for your enjoyment.

So let’s get started and remember,

Mas música, menos palabras porque la música es mas importante que yo.

More music, less words because the music is more important than me.

Here are the tracks in order of play:

Johnny Beck – You Gotta Lay Down Mama
Robert Johnson – Traveling Riverside Blues
Lightnin’ Hopkins – Walkin’ The Streets
Smokey Hogg – You Gotta Go
Howlin wolf – How Many More Years
Elmore James – Dust My Broom
Cliffie Stone – Barracuda
Sleepy John Estes – Drop Down Mama
Big Bill Broonzy – I Can’t Be Satisfied
Jerry Reed – I’m Stuck
Wanda Jackson – Honey Bop
Arthur ‘Big Boy’ Crudup- I Have Called Up China
Clarence Garlow – Bon Ton Roula
Buddy Holly – Rave On
Alvin Lee – I’m Writing You A Letter

Register and comment about the shows. Let me know what you like and what you want to hear more of. I have a pretty large collection of music and you will be hearing more of it as we go along.

Tune in next week for show #68 when I bring you more great and special music. I am going to go back to more of our jazz roots, blues and root rock’n roll. Yep, that means some great songs from great artists and all of them will rock your socks off.

So remember to tune in, turn on and drop by for more great songs from histories greatest artists! Thanks again for tuning in and see you next week!

Bye all!
